If you're a high school graduate looking to start a career in hospitality, Conestoga's one-year Hospitality Operations - Food and Beverage certificate offers the perfect blend of theory and hands-on training. This Ontario College program prepares you for entry-level roles in restaurants, hotels, catering and food service operations by teaching the essential skills in food preparation, service and control.
You'll gain practical experience in customer service, food and beverage handling, and operational procedures in a supportive learning environment.
