If you're a high school graduate who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, Conestoga's two-year Food and Beverage Management - Hotel and Restaurant Operations diploma prepares you for a rewarding career in the hospitality industry. This program blends theory with hands-on training to develop your skills in customer service, food preparation, people management and financial controls.

You'll gain practical experience through an optional co-op term in restaurants, hotels, catering companies or other approved food and beverage facilities across Canada. With additional courses in communication, computer skills, marketing and nutrition, you'll graduate with a well-rounded skill set that meets the evolving demands of the hospitality sector.
